Why did I choose Health Coaching?

I believe that diet, exercise, hydration, sleep, stress management, mindfulness, and other lifestyle choices have a HUGE impact on our overall health. In a world full of processed & sugar filled foods, busy schedules, high stress jobs, etc.. its very difficult to make healthy choices and stick to them! Additionally, sometimes it’s easier to reach for that prescription/OTC drug than it is to change our habits. I get it! Sometimes we need that glass of wine or that birthday brownie. I believe that the key to a healthy life is balance and consistency.

What People Have said about Sara:

“I would absolutely recommend Sara and Nourish to Flourish - 10/10! Sara was amazing - she worked hard to get to know my specific needs and concerns and created a customized plan for me. I’ve learned more from Sara about nutrition that anyone I’ve ever worked with before. She has literally changed the way I think about nutrition which has had a huge impact on me and my daily habits.”

- Amy

“I have never worked with a health coach before and had no idea what to expect. I am so glad I made the move to work with Sara. I didn’t realize how much strength I had that I was actually suppressing. Realizing and working on my relationship with alcohol has helped me mentally and physically. I’ve found a better relationship with alcohol and overall I feel a huge weight off my shoulders.”

If you’re anything like me, you have a tendency to be busy all the time.

My background in engineering and supply chain management has helped me find efficient ways to implement healthy habits - eating healthy doesn’t have to be laborious and time consuming. I love looking at processes and making them more efficient, and helping to find time for the things you really care about.

I’ve battled with Lyme disease for over 5 years, 3 of which I was being treated for an autoimmune disease

I’m familiar with the toll that chronic disease has on a person, both mentally and physically. I know how frustrating it can be to have very unpleasant symptoms and no answers to what’s causing them. I have completely overhauled my lifestyle over time. I’ve made eating whole, unprocessed foods a top priority, along with movement, hydration, healthy sleep habits, and reducing stress. The result has been in a much healthier me - both mentally and physically!

I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you!
