Nourish to Flourish is an 8 week, virtual Group Coaching Program for those who want to:

  • Find balance with eating nourishing foods and enjoying life

  • Learn how to fuel your body & promote gut health

  • Reduce GI Symptoms (like bloating after eating, constipation, gas, etc..)

  • Learn what foods are nourishing and what foods are damaging to the gut

  • Reduce symptoms from Autoimmune Disease (or Lyme Disease)

  • Learn about macronutrients & micronutrients

  • Reset your body; identify food interolerances

  • Improve Self Confidence

The Nourish to Flourish Group program will provide weekly group calls to learn about what foods are nutrient dense, how to incorporate them, foods to eat and avoid to improve gut health, tips for reading labels, how to find balance, support with recipes/apps/other resources, weekly workouts, guidance on mindful eating techniques, how to boost self confidence and more!
